Whether you are planning to sod or seed your lawn, for best results you need to start from scratch. The reason this is the best way to start your lawn and get the healthiest lawn is that you can eliminate bad grass, weeds and disease in your grass. If this is not all properly removed then most of the time it is a waste of time to seed or sod because weeds and disease will just creep back into your lawn.
To start from scratch you need to first remove the old grass with a sod cutter. You can rent these from most home improvement stores. Once the sod is removed completely, you need to till the dirt and make the ground as smooth as possible. If you see any large rocks, you should discard of them as well. The next step is to check the pH level of your dirt and treat it if necessary. Then you should treat your dirt with a good fertilizer. The fertilizer will help give your sod or seeds a good start.
After your dirt is prepared for planting it is time to decide on laying sod or seeding. Before you start this process, you need to make sure it is the best time in your area to do this. Check with a local nursery for the optimum time of year to start a lawn. It is typically best to start a lawn in late spring or early fall. If it is too hot, the grass will not get enough water and it will dry up. If it is too cold the ground might freeze, killing the grass.
Once you plant seeds or lay sod, you need to make sure that your lawn gets watered regularly or all your hard work will have been for nothing. There is a fine line between too much water and not enough. The general rule of thumb is that, if there is no rain in the forecast, you should sprinkle the grass or seeds lightly 2-3 times each day so that the ground stays moist. If it rains heavily for a few days, you should not sprinkle the grass. A very hard rain right after seeding might wash some of the seeds away so you might have to seed again.
Depending on the type of sod or seeds you use, you might have to add fertilizer or water the ground with fertilizer. It is best to follow whatever instructions or tips you are given for that type of grass in order to have the best success. If you have any questions or are having problems, consult with a landscaping company. Since they are used to seeding and laying sod, they might have a simple solution to whatever your problem or question is. You might even consider having them help with the seeding or laying the sod. Whether to lay sod or seed is a personal decision. Whichever you choose be sure to research the needs of that particular grass before starting.

Lets face it, we all have dreams. And we all want to know how to manifest dreams.
We had dreams since we were young and since that time we wanted to know how to manifest dreams. We lived our dreams in our imagination. We were brimming with confidence and were sure that one day we would manifest our dreams. However sadly for most of us, it all ended when we grew up.
Why? Because the world and all its instruments, including our parents and teachers told us that our dreams are just not possible. So we gave up on our dreams and followed the paths that were laid out for us.
Some became doctors, others became teachers and some others followed other professions. However there were those who were determined to manifest their dreams.
They defied the establishments and followed their passion. They became sports stars, musicians and still others became artists and actors.
When we look at these people they show us something which is a key ingredient in learning how to manifest dreams. They all have a passion for what they are doing. They have discovered what they love and they started doing it and found that they are actually good at it.
And very soon other people noticed it too and started supporting them by wathing their games and movies and buying their music.
There’s something else that these people have and that we too had when we were young. It is “imagination.” They imagined their dreams, which is necessary if you want to know how to manifest dreams.
Imagination is very important for manifesting dreams, because it allows you to experience something before you can actually have it.
If you want to know how to manifest dreams you must realize that all reality starts in the mind. The architect cannot construct a building if he hasn’t designed it. And he cannot design something if he hasn’t seen it in his mind.
Similarly you cannot manifest your dreams if you cannot see it first. But seeing is not enough. It needs to become tangible. You need to hear it, feel it and touch it.
Next you need to affirm it with emotion in the present or past tense. That indeed it is so.
Another thing that is necessary if you want to know how to manifest dreams is to listen to yourself and following your gut. That small voice inside you that may tell you to go left when everybody shouts, “go right!”
Following your dreams seems daunting, especially if you’re surrounded by negative people. However, if you give up on your dreams you may end your life with regrets.
Isn’t it better to see how far you can go. Where you may end up? In case you’re thinking who am I to want to be great and famous, let me remind you of the famous words of Nelson Mandela. Who are you, not to be great and famous.
Now that you know how to manifest dreams, you have no excuse not to manifest yours.
Jimmy Roos has failed most of his life. After much trial and error he finally discovered how to manifest his desires. Now he wants to help you, manifest yours. Visit his website, www.how-to-manifest-your-desires.com

THE GOSPEL OF CONVENIENCE
Of all the articles I have written lately, this article is the most troublesome and heavy on my heart and spirit, and will undoubtedly bring the most critical responses from Christians. It is in support of the thoughts expressed in The Coming 4th Reich! article here on this site, as the situations in this article define the apostasy that has taken the 21st century Church.
The subject of this document is so unpleasing to the 21st century American Christian, I believe that by writing it, I will step across a threshold of “Main stream evangelical Christian”, to a “radical”, a “dissenter”, “out there” and even “lost” in the eyes of some folks who read these words. So be it. (James 2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.)
If I have learned anything in the 35 years of being brought up and taught in this faith, it is that in most cases, the word of God and the truth of Jesus Christ are foolishness in the eyes of modern man, and they do not fare so well in the “marketplace” of public opinion. Most Christians would agree, that speaking the word as it is revealed by God, has never in the history of the world been accepted by the masses, and often times even by those who lay claim to membership in the kingdom of God. I have also learned that we who name the name of Christ are called not to be silent, when we see the work of Satan flourishing in the world around us, and we are called to speak with unwavering conviction, the word of God and the teachings of our Lord Jesus Christ, with no regard for the consequences of that speech. I saw an interesting commercial on TV today, in which a young girl is standing on a dock, and a woman is drowning in the water in front of her. The girl is just standing there, watching her drown. The commercial is about when friends see friends having drug and alcohol problems, they wouldn’t just stand by and watch, they would help! In the same spirit, a Christian who sees another caught in the vile deceptions of the evil one, wouldn’t just stand by and watch that person be led to destruction, they would speak out! I am compelled to write this, and the other articles on this site, because of this principal.
What brother or sister in the Lord would stand by and watch his friends be deceived by the devil and not speak out? What man would see his brother about to fall into a ditch and not warn him? Ezekiel 3:18 When I say unto the wicked, Thou shall surely die; and thou give him not warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. Ezekiel 3:20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumbling block before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand. and again Ezekiel 33:6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand. and yet again, Ezekiel 33:8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shall surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand. I think it is interesting that this is stated a number of times in Ezekiel, I wondered why God would repeat himself so many times on this item in Ezekiel. I realized it is because he is saying something different in each instance. In the first instance 3:18, he mentions the wicked. In the second instance 3:20, he mentions the righteous, in the third instance 33:6, he mentions the people, and in the final instance 33:8, he returns to the wicked. I think there are no accidents here, I think God is making it clear, that no matter who we may see in error, (the wicked, the righteous, or all of the people) it is our call to warn them, and that if we do not, they will perish in their sins, but their blood will be required at our hands.
It is this spirit in which this article is written, and for this purpose I believe God has inspired us to open this site, and to speak out in the name of Jesus to anyone that he may direct to this site. A “voice crying in the wilderness of the internet” as it were, to anyone who will hear, and turn from the deceitfulness of unrighteousness…
2 Thessalonians 2: 8-12 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming. Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
The context of this scripture, is of the time of the end of the age, as Jesus is about to come, and it describes a state of affairs in the world and among the people of our world and the work of Satan to deceive them, and lead them to destruction. Paul is discussing the time when the one we know as Antichrist will appear on the earth, and will deceive the world, including as many of the people of God as possible. I believe that as you read these words, this scripture is being fulfilled in the world today.
I think most Christians would agree, that the deception spoken of by the Apostles, concerning the “Last Days”, is deception that will be directed at the true believers of God’s word, and in his Son Jesus Christ, not at the “world”, as the world was already deceived, there is no need to bother with them. The evil one’s target? I believe the target can only be the evangelical church of Jesus Christ. Therefore, I believe it is necessary to take a close look at how the Devil could possibly have worked a deception into that body of believers at this time, (we believe the time of the end). What is/are these deceptions, and how do they add up to the “Strong Delusion” spoken of by Paul? They would have to be the ones that our Lord warned us about throughout his entire ministry, #1, the love of money, #2 the love of this world, and #3 the love of darkness.
COMMENTS:
We believe that a time has come when the Devil, “as a roaring lion going about seeking whom he may devour” has resulted in a plethora of deceptions running freely in Christian doctrine today, and we can not help but speak out, sound the trumpet as it where, as the parable of “the watchman” commands us! “Saltwater taffy, for example, does not taste good. Seagulls are not pleasant birds. Most people look better in clothes - a lot of clothes. But it works. The beach is the ultimate triumph in setting.” -from the article, Sea and Be Seen
What does this have to do with marketing professional services? A lot. Just like saltwater taffy, seagulls, and under clothed people, any one thing done in isolation to market your professional services won’t work.
When you take the sum of its parts, marketing works.
Let’s take an easy example: networking. Done in a vacuum, networking is just a “part.” Without ways to sustain a new contact’s attention, build their trust, or keep in touch - the other “parts” of your whole - you spend far more time and energy drumming up business than if you had other aspects of your marketing “machine” doing a lot of the work for you.
Let’s get specific. The biggest mistake I see is when people go out, network (or make cold calls, or send direct mail pieces), is that they simultaneously scare prospects off with an anemic poorly-messaged website, no value- adding resources to build your prospect’s confidence, and new contacts that vanish into thin air because there’s no systematic way to stay in front of them that’s affordable and effective.
The same “in isolation” principle applies to other marketing “parts.”
* If you invest in telemarketing, but send new leads to a lousy website (even if you don’t send them there, they’ll look you up), you’re shooting yourself in the foot.
* If you’re a master at churning out brilliant weekly e-newsletters, but haven’t “packaged” your services into a range of ways potential clients can buy from you, you’re missing the point of using an e-zine as a smart promotional tool.
* If you go to all of the time and effort to get booked as a speaker, then run around preparing for and delivering your talks, you’ll get nothing but a nice ego boost and applause unless you target the right audiences and hit them with “What in it for Me?” messages.
All of that time, money and energy wasted…but not if you pay attention to the sum of your parts!
To avoid wasting your resources and to make the most of your individual marketing efforts, make sure you have all of these parts working together:
* Positioning that sets you apart from others offering a similar service. From your target audiences’ perspective, what makes you different? Why should they choose you?
* Packaging in the form of a value-packed website that you can send new contacts to, demonstrating your value (again, through their eyes) and building their confidence in you as a good solution to their problem.
* Promotion: An easy way to keep-in-touch with contacts and prospects, even if you’re using other high-touch tactics, such as follow- up calls and meetings. The point is that not every new contact is a ready-buyer when you first meet. You need to stay on their radar, at least monthly, so that when they’re ready to buy, you’re there. A monthly e-newsletter or e- zine is the perfect vehicle.
* Persuasion: You’ve got to turn contacts into prospects, prospects into clients, clients into referrers, and so on. Simply setting up sales calls and writing proposals won’t do it, though. As any successful sales person knows, there are many moving “parts” to master. You’ve got to know who the decision makers are, what they’re willing to spend, how buying decisions get made, how to stay in control of the selling conversation, and how to ask for referrals, to name a few.
* Performance is the one “part” most of us in professional services rely on most - it’s how we get referrals and maintain (or tarnish) our reputation in the marketplace. It’s the marketing part that keeps me on my toes the most, above any other marketing challenge I take on, including writing this e-newsletter, upgrading my website, closing a sale, or giving a public talk. Why? Because it’s all about managing and exceeding client expectations, two very tricky “parts” to master. If this doesn’t ring a bell with you, then take this quick quiz to find out what it really takes to master Performance: http://www.turningpointemarketing.com/Is_This_For_You.html
In isolation, I’m definitely not a fan of saltwater taffy, seagulls or bathing suits. But in the right setting and working all together, they’re part of the most effective vacation I can think of. The sum of its parts works. So too can your marketing.

Pillars of Learning
Throughout life you and I learn through many avenues. While in
school and at work assignments and tasks are made which rely on
your capability to learn. Since positive change happens, the
learning is continuous. It should excite us as is and allow the
imagination to play with the knowledge to do more good.
Stimulate learning to experience a continuous cycle of
transformation.
See, each of us is at our respective best level and must take a
“spirit enhancing action” to generate a “spirit enhancing
result” to transform to a “New Best Level”. As a boy, I was
fortunate to be an excellent learner and student. I did as told
and performed well. Years later, I graduated with an Electrical
Engineering degree and became an engineering professional.
Then, learning became a serious challenge because of my mental
health challenge. I forced myself to examine learning on a new
level to help me. I discovered the following:
Wisdom, intuition (sixth sense), the subconscious, presence, and
timing are complex. True, you can put them in the category of
learning. Yes, they are not teachable. The individual innately
acquires these characteristics. To what level is up to the
person. The best another can do is to guide the individual.
However, traditional learning both written and verbal needed to
be stimulated for my survival. Throughout formal education and
in the workplace no one taught me how to study or work. Of
course, practice, pretest, and just do it was often heard
advice. After reflecting on my education and work, I realized in
grade school the teacher identified the skill to learn and in
college and at work it was indirectly identified by the
professor or your boss. The question formed in my mind. Why do I
learn some skills easily and others not as easily? You might
have had the same question.
This is the fun learning structure which evolved:
* Identify the skill
* Learn the skill
* Practice and/or rehearse
* Grow your business and life
The skill can be a traditional or soft skill. Traditional skills
are knowledge based fundamentals and soft skills are via
interaction with others to teach the fundamentals or come up
with a workable plan. I advice you to ask meaningful and thought
provoking questions to stimulate profitable conversations to
take relationships to a “New Best Level”.
The statistics are alarming how many people do not read books
after college. Being an engineer, I know many engineers who want
to tinker and not read. My advice to you is to read (skill
identified) from more than one source about the same topic and
use the fun learning structure. Make sure you tinker throughout
the pipeline, not only on one end. It will cut years off of the
attainment of your goals and make learning and work a more
stimulating and rewarding process.
We practice and/or rehearse for retention and memorization. The
learned can then be easily recalled. So, you think you didn’t
have a business in grade school or college.
How about when you went to the counter to buy candy, a drink, or
a toy? I’m sure the merchant didn’t turn your money away. You’re
in business! Grow it and your life! It’s an exciting journey of
fulfillment and more peace.
We all have more options after increasing our learning. Today, I
use what I learned to stimulate the mind, heart, body, and
spirit of individuals and teams.
Let me know what your boss, colleagues, customers, and fans
think of your performance at a “New Best Level”.

The economy today is not stabilized. Even big companies have to confront the ups and downs that come their way. But the only thing that keeps them going is survival. They have to survive in the market and progress swiftly or gradually. One strategy to advancement is that of ‘mergers’ between companies. There are numerous mergers that take place locally but they do not have a great effect on the market especially the consumers. But the mergers that take place at the national or international level have a profound impact on the economies of the concerned countries.
There are different reasons behind a merger of two or more companies. But first of all there exist diverse types of mergers.
a) Commission that is worried about the market and the consumers keeps a hawk’s eye on such mergers and at times detains the companies from merging in the interest of the people.
b) The Vertical Mergers- are the mergers between a supplier and the distributor company of the supplies. This is an anti competitive merger but can be highly beneficial to the company. It is because the distributor will no more have to pay for the manufacturing of the supplies, it gets the product at the base price. So there is good cost saving due to this. Vertical merger also rules out lot of competition from the market.
c) Horizontal Mergers- where two competing companies conjoin to form a single large company. The companies in horizontal mergers are selling the same product in the same market and so are contenders to each other. Such a merger can have a tremendous influence on the market from creating monopoly to escalating prices of the commodity. This is precisely the reason that The Federal Trade.

How cliché and hurtful to hear the phrase “I love you, but I’m
not in love with you”. It’s a crock. It’s a noble attempt for
the speaker to feel good about ending a relationship. They say
this to ease their own pain and to make themselves feel like
they bowed out gracefully. It’s bull. There’s usually something
else going on and the recipient usually feels a loss and at
fault. You are either loved or you’re not. That’s the bottom
line. So which is it? The recipient struggles to find out and
enters the darkest of hours searching their heart and soul
trying to find out.
It hurts to hear similar phrases. The recipient feels that there
may be a chance if they are still loved in any fashion. They may
also have found guilt in themselves for many different reasons.
They will rationalize their own behavior and lay the entire
blame on themselves. It’s a natural instinct to do so, but it is
so unfair. The recipient will go through many phases of
emotions; hurt, remorse, anger, and the list goes on and on.
This dark moment can disrupt their lives and cause so much harm.
They will go through a period where they can’t eat, sleep, and
function properly in their daily activities. Why? They are still
in love.
The emotional roller coaster is relentless. The best advice for
this person who is hurting is to share their thoughts and
feelings with family, friends and trusted co-workers. Don’t keep
it bottled up inside. Keeping it to oneself with only intensify
the lasting effects. It’s difficult to be strong in such a
situation, and the person hurting can not do it alone. Support
is the best way to easy the pain, even if the person feels like
a failure or embarrassed over the particulars of the failing
relationship.
The most important thing is to go through the emotions. Let it
all hang out, so to speak. Whether in private or among trusted
individuals, just let it out. It’s amazing what kind of relief
you can have by sharing your thoughts and true emotions. Break
down and cry. Shout if you want. It doesn’t matter. Just get it
out. It’s part of the healing stage.
Denial is a natural feeling also, but there will come a time
when true reality kicks in. It’s a state of mind. How you vent
that denial or accept it will determine your next course. It’s
also a part of the healing stage or acceptance. There is no
right way or wrong way to do this, but you will come to the
point where anger kicks in.
Don’t let thoughts of revenge rule your state of mind. It’s so
easy to find ways to seek revenge. It’s a natural defense, but
it’s not worth it. Remember, you are much better than that.
Don’t allow yourself to stoop to a level that you will later
regret. Try your best to be yourself. Don’t do anything out of
the norm, whether you have accepted the end of the relationship
or have decided to sit back and see what happens. Be an adult
and one day you will be proud of the way you handled you the
situation.
The one thing you can do is reassure yourself that you did
nothing wrong. Your partner had the obligation of communication.
If something was wrong, they should have spoken up. They would
have done this if they truly ‘loved you’. That’s not much
consolation in your time of grief, but it’s the truth.
If you and your partner can work through this dark moment in
your relationship, then that’s a victory that will forever
create a bond that will be so difficult to break. It will prove
to build a stronger relationship than you ever have imagined.
Sometimes it takes a traumatic moment in our lives to acquire a
solid foundation. We make think we have it but the test of time
and life’s trials will prove whether or not we can build that
sort of foundation.
It’s going to hurt your heart and soul, but if it was meant to
be, it will. Have faith. There is always a purpose in life and
we may never understand it at that the time, but someday we will.
Patience is the worst part. It’s a virtue that will pay off in
the end, no matter the outcome of your ordeal, whether you
believe it or not.
The grass is always greener on the other side, and it’s natural
to want to purchase a gallon of ‘Round-Up’ and kill it. Have
patience. Crab grass can grow everywhere but it’s the ‘weed and
feed’ that builds that everlasting strong relationship.

Have you ever wondered why you feel an instant attraction to
certain people? These intense reactions are pre-determined by a
powerful astrological principle commonly known as horoscopes.
The daily horoscopes not only list the Zodiac signs for each
month but also each signs’ distinctive personality type. The
fact is that conflict in a relationship often arises when two
incompatible personality types are in disagreement. The Zodiac
sign’s listed in your daily horoscopes can be used as a guide to
understanding the innate qualities and personality traits of
your partner.
And that’s not all…the twelve Zodiac signs listed in the
horoscopes are actually divided into four separate categories
know as Elements. These four natural elements; Fire, Air, Earth
and Water houses at least three of the twelve Zodiac signs.
Now the first element Fire, houses the signs Sagittarius, Aries
and Leo. The individual personality traits are action-oriented
and vibrant. What does this mean for you? Well, look to add
different levels of spontaneity to your relationship.
Air, the second element houses the signs Gemini, Libra and
Aquarius. With inquisitive and innovative personality
traitsopen and honest discussions about relationship issues are
satisfying. Best of all their curious nature are a welcome
addition to spicing up any relationship.
The fertile element Earth houses the signs Virgo, Capricorn and
Taurus. The personality traits are task-oriented and savvy.
Gentle nurturing will relax the tendency of Earth to hold back
feelings in a relationship. A cooling mist, Water the final
element houses the signs Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio. Water has a
keen understanding of people’s needs and a patient temperament.
Even better is the high level of confidence and satisfaction
manifested in its relationships.
There you have it…the four elements that houses’ the twelve
signs of your daily horoscopes. Discover the personality traits
of your partner by exploring your horoscopesembrace them. Use
them to add intense passion to your relationship. You’ll be glad
you did!

Over the next 25 years the demand for electrical power worldwide
is estimated to increase by a value of US$20 trillion. In light
of this increase, a new lease of life has been discovered for
coal fired power stations, which along with motor cars
contribute greatly to the Greenhouse Effect.
New technology has been discovered to “catch” the carbon dioxide
(CO2) before it enters the environment, thus helping reduce
Greenhouse Gas emissions. A power plant in Tampa, Florida U.S.A,
has been established using this concept.
During the power producing process the CO2 gas is driven under
heat and pressure. The CO2 is piped and then stored underground
by drilling a bore into porous rock, such as sandstone. The hole
is then capped by clay. This process is known as “Terrestrial
Carbon sequestration”.
Carbon Sequestration The U.S Department of Energy defines
“Carbon sequestration” as: “a family of methods for capturing
and permanently isolating gases that otherwise could contribute
to global climate change”.
Affordable and environmentally safe sequestration approaches
could offer a way to stabilise atmospheric levels of CO2 without
requiring the countries to make large-scale and potentially
costly changes to their energy infrastructures.
Terrestrial Carbon Sequestration Terrestrial carbon
sequestration is defined as: “either the net removal of CO2 from
the atmosphere or the prevention of CO2 net emissions from the
terrestrial ecosystems into the atmosphere”. [Source: U.S
Department of Energy]
Problems with Terrestrial Carbon Sequestration The problem with
this concept is finding the right location to be able to drill
into. A project is also planned in West Virginia as it has the
suitable porous rock to drill into.
Australia has also been looking into carbon sequestration
research as a way of tackling Greenhouse Gas emission problems,
with projects underway in South Australia along the “Great
Australian Bight”.
New coal-fired plants with this CO2 “catching” process are far
more expensive than the traditional coal fired power stations,
so there has been no rush to establish new plants at this stage
unless politicians induce firms, to take on this technology. So
far there is no indication that this will occur, so at this
stage traditional polluting coal fired power stations are here
to stay.
Alternative forms of Terrestrial Carbon Sequestration Enhancing
the natural processes that remove CO2 from the atmosphere is
thought to be one of the most cost-effective means of reducing
atmospheric levels of CO2, and forestation and deforestation
abatement efforts are already under way.
R&D in this program area seeks to increase this rate while
properly considering all the ecological, social, and economic
implications. There are two fundamental approaches to
sequestering carbon in terrestrial ecosystems: 1.Protection of
ecosystems that store carbon so that carbon stores can be
maintained or increased; and; 2.Manipulation of ecosystems to
increase carbon sequestration beyond current conditions.
This program area is focused on integrating measures for
improving the full life-cycle carbon uptake of terrestrial
ecosystems, including farmland and forests, with fossil fuel
production and use. The following ecosystems offer significant
opportunity for carbon sequestration: Forest lands. The focus
includes below-ground carbon and long-term management and
utilisation of standing stocks, under-story, ground cover, and
litter. Agricultural lands. The focus includes crop lands,
grasslands, and range lands, with emphasis on increasing
long-lived soil carbon. Biomass croplands. As a complement to
ongoing efforts related to biofuels ,the focus is on long-term
increases in soil carbon and value-added organic products.
Deserts and degraded lands. Restoration of degraded lands offers
significant benefits and carbon sequestration potential in both
below-and above-ground systems. Boreal wetlands and peat-lands.
The focus includes management of soil carbon pools and perhaps
limited conversion to forest or grassland vegetation where
ecologically acceptable.

Most don’t know exactly what a paralegal degree is worth in today’s job market. A student with a Bachelor’s degree as a paralegal working in a large city or for the federal government can expect to earn as much as sixty thousand dollars a year. As salaries go, this is above average.
Private law firms employ paralegals more than any other company or organization. However, we are seeing that more banks, corporations, insurance companies, and real estate firms are also beginning to hire paralegals. Because of this, there are many jobs available for those trained in this field.
